Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional to manage end-user computing, security, and patch management in a dynamic corporate setting. You will handle Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and Copilot environments, delivering timely support to VIP users.

You will analyze helpdesk tickets and device metrics, drive improvements, and help develop IT SOPs while contributing to office network and server upgrades. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IT Support, End-User Computing, or Digital Workplace environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and endpoint management.
Knowledge of IT security, patch management, and troubleshooting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience supporting VIP users is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage IT security, vulnerability remediation, and patch management for end-user devices.
Support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Copilot environments.
Analyze helpdesk tickets and device metrics to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
Enhance AI-driven helpdesk workflows and automation.
Provide end-user IT support, including VIP user support.
Develop and maintain IT SOPs and user documentation.
Support IT infrastructure improvement initiatives, including office network and server environment upgrades.
