• Administer and maintain the organization’s VoIP or phone system, including setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls to ensure network security and performance.
• Set up and support new user accounts, email and phone access.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory and support records.
