Job summary

Our client, a renowned award-winning architecture firm, invites applications for an IT Specialist/Support to join the team in Singapore. You will provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, handling hardware and software issues, while aiding onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or related field and about 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues.
• Support common workplace applications including Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.
• Assist users with account access, passwords and permissions.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops and IT equipment for new staff.
• Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Assist with basic network, Wi-Fi, printer and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain records and inventory of IT hardware, software licences and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees, covering desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment


• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, connectivity and peripheral-related issues


• Provide support for common workplace applications, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other business applications


• Assist users with account access, passwords, permissions and general system-related enquiries


• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, user accounts and IT equipment for new employees


• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective


• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware


• Assist with basic network, Wi-Fi, printer and connectivity troubleshooting


• Maintain proper records and inventory of IT hardware, software licences and equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline


• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant IT support / helpdesk / desktop support experience
