Job summary

OFFICE PRODUCTIVITY SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide Level 1 technical assistance to end users.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues, and handling IT tickets with timely resolution. You will install and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment, perform IMAC tasks, manage user accounts and domain-related activities, and assist with data backup and asset documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support/desktop support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, printers, laptops, desktops, IT peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support and technical assistance to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware replacement, repair, and basic software installation.
• Handle IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Perform IMAC activities for IT equipment.

• Assist with data backup, file transfers, and IT equipment setup.
• Maintain IT asset records, equipment tagging, and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role is preferred.


• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.


• Familiar with Microsoft Office, printers, laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals.


• Basic understanding of networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity troubleshooting.


• Knowledge of Active Directory and IT ticketing systems is an advantage.


• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication skills and ability to assist end users.


• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
