Job summary

A leading manpower firm in Singapore is looking for candidates to handle sales quotations, liaise with customers and suppliers, and assist in technical setups. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and at least 1 year of experience in related fields. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, providing support, and managing stock inventory. A position suitable for entry-level applicants with a focus on sales in corporate settings.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture, commercial carpet, or interior design.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice, and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stock inventory.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks.
• Assist clients in setup or issue resolution.
• Establish good relationships with customers and professionals.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by manager.
