Job summary

Tap Growth ai is looking for an IT Service Desk professional to join our office-based team in Singapore. You will provide first-level support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, and log incidents to maintain smooth IT operations.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently or in a team, and familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. You will ensure timely resolution within SLAs and contribute to a productive IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log and track incidents using service desk tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Assist with user account setup and access management.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets within agreed SLAs.
