Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate IT engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/in-house projects and backfills.
• Manage intern schedules for deployment.
• Liaise with Sales and IT departments on after-sales matters.
• Maintain service forms inputs and records for billing.
• Handle inquiries from corporate customers and answer emails promptly.
• Maintain inventory control of service items.
• Ensure neat, timely updates to our system.
