Job summary

Capio International Pte Ltd, expanding its regional IT hardware business, seeks an Executive, Operations & Sales Support. You will craft sales materials, track performance, connect departments, and ensure procurement and logistics run smoothly behind every deal.

You’ll support sales, procurement, coordination, and customer care, with hands-on involvement in quotations, CRM updates, and post-sale logistics to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in IT sales support, purchasing, coordination, or admin roles preferred.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on customer service to support sales and day-to-day operations.
• Assist with quotation preparation and marketing activities.
• Coordinate procurement with hardware distributors and vendors.
• Manage logistics, RMAs, warranties, and inventory records.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports.
