Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an experienced administrative professional in Singapore to coordinate sales team activities, manage procurement and document filing, and oversee contract management between vendors and customers.

You will track monthly forecasts, prepare invoices for the Infra department, and collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining infrastructure performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Basic understanding of IT tools (PC, email, internal systems).
• Familiarity with IT industry and basic IT infrastructure knowledge (Network, Server, Cloud).
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales team activities, including procurement and document filing.
• Track monthly sales forecasts and sales activities.
• Oversee product sales management (M365, Veeam licenses, HULFT, etc.).
• Handle contract management between vendors and customers.
• Prepare and issue invoices related to the Infra department.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain Infrastructure and Systems performance/availability.
