Job summary

You will liaise with global vendors, manage delivery timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders, process purchase orders and help ensure timely implementation of IT and AV projects.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally for IT & AV equipment.
• Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting to management.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, including leading global IT organisations.
• Plan and organise inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates.
• Carry out purchase order processing.
