Job summary

You will coordinate resourcing, review vendor performance, and prepare documentation for renewals and amendments while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT operations, vendor management, or procurement.
• Strong vendor management, resourcing, and procurement process knowledge.
• Familiar with procurement documentation standards and contract management.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with procurement software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including SLAs and performance metrics.
• Coordinate IT resourcing and procurement processes aligned with policies.
• Help develop procurement standards, contract management, and demand aggregation.
• Review vendor performance data to ensure compliance with terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address resourcing needs.
• Create and manage procurement documentation, including renewals and amendments.
• Provide administrative support to IT and commercial operations in a fast-paced environment.
