Job summary

Telesource Executive Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an IT recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing resumes to offers and onboarding. The role emphasizes efficient prioritization, compliance with local laws, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will source via portals, referrals, headhunting and vendors, maintain high collaboration with cross-functional teams, and aim for daily CV submissions with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment in Singapore. Staffing / professional services experience is a must.
• A self-motivated, energetic, smart, and intelligent recruitment professional aiming toward the best always
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be a good Team player
• Must be able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Experience in complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization
• Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant to Country specific employment laws & regulations
• Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-in, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
• Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
• Must be able to uphold and manage a good 'Candidate experience'
• Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner

Salary - SGD 5500 per month base + incentives based on performance.
