Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee banking project initiatives in Singapore. You will coordinate, report status, manage budgets, and ensure quality delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in Banking with 5 years in PM, plus PMP or equivalent. Proficiency with Confluence/Jira and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

• At least 10 years in Banking/Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in Project Management
• Experience in Managing Credit Card related projects
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira
• Experience in Project Release Management
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different teams
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and project execution


• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets user expectations


• Plans out the blueprints for the project, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and defining testing strategy


• Assemble and leads the project team by directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately


• Creates the project budget and ensures the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible


• Oversees consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion


• Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plan and/or resources to meet the needs of internal customers


• Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, schedule and risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field


• At least 10 years in Banking / Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in Project Management.


• Must have experience in Managing Credit Card related projects.


• Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira etc.


• Experience in Project Release Management.


• Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.)


• Certification such as PMP or similar is highly desirable.
