PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior project manager to coordinate and execute complex Banking/Financial Industry projects. You will establish PM processes, manage resources, track milestones and ensure quality across all stages, while balancing budget and timelines.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Jira/Confluence, and a track record in credit-card related initiatives. PMP-type certification is desirable.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 10 years in Banking/Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in project management.
• Experience managing credit card related projects and PMP-like certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and project execution
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets user expectations
• Plans out the blueprints for the project, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and defining testing strategy
• Assemble and leads the project team by directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
• Creates the project budget and ensures the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
• Oversees consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion
• Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plan and/or resources to meet the needs of internal customers
• Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, schedule and risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
• At least 10 years in Banking / Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in Project Management.
• Must have experience in Managing Credit Card related projects.
• Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira etc.
• Experience in Project Release Management.
• Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.)
• Certification such as PMP or similar is highly desirable.
