PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee banking project initiatives in Singapore. You will coordinate, report status, manage budgets, and ensure quality delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in Banking with 5 years in PM, plus PMP or equivalent. Proficiency with Confluence/Jira and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 10 years in Banking/Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in Project Management
• Experience in Managing Credit Card related projects
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira
• Experience in Project Release Management
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different teams
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and project execution
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure timely delivery within budget and high quality
• Plans blueprints for the project: define scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, plan communication and testing strategy
• Manages project team daily, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews, escalates issues
• Creates the project budget and monitors adherence to budget
• Oversees testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting across all stages of the project
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans or resources to meet internal needs
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders on scope, budget, schedule and risk
