Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior project manager to coordinate and execute complex Banking/Financial Industry projects. You will establish PM processes, manage resources, track milestones and ensure quality across all stages, while balancing budget and timelines.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Jira/Confluence, and a track record in credit-card related initiatives. PMP-type certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 10 years in Banking/Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in project management.
• Experience managing credit card related projects and PMP-like certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and project execution.
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to deliver on time and within budget with high quality.
• Plans blueprints for the project: scope, resources, deadlines, communications and testing strategy.
• Leads the project team daily, identifies resources, performs quality reviews and escalates issues.
• Creates and manages project budget and ensures adherence.
• Oversees testing, evaluation and troubleshooting across all product stages.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans/resources to meet internal needs.
• Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on scope, budget, schedule and risk.
