Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Delivery Lead to manage transformation initiatives in APAC, focusing on retail credit decision processes, data analytics, and credit scoring models.

You will plan budgets, define requirements with BAs, work with Architects to ensure designs, and deliver build/test estimates with delivery managers. Own end-to-end regional projects and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of experience in project delivery
• Experience includes transformation initiatives within APAC related to retail credit decision processes
• Experience in data analytics and credit scoring models
• Strong project delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage budget and technical deliverables per plan
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst to define and deliver functional requirements
• Coordinate with Architects and Solution Architects to ensure designs are delivered
• Prepare detailed estimates for build and test phases with Tech Delivery managers
• Proactively highlight risks and develop mitigation strategies
• End-to-end ownership of multiple projects in the APAC region

Responsibilities

• Work with the Functional Business Analyst to ensure that functional requirements are well defined and delivered
• Work with the Architects and Solution Architects to ensure solution designs are delivered
• Work with the Tech Delivery managers to deliver detailed estimates for the build and test phases of the program.
• Ensure the deliveries are as per plan. Pro-actively highlight risks and develop mitigation strategies
• End to end responsibility for multiple projects in the region.

Requirements
