PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting an experienced IT Project Manager for a reputable bank in Singapore.

You will coordinate project delivery, define scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and manage communication with business users, infrastructure and risk teams. The role requires at least 10 years in banking with 5 in IT PM, experience on credit card projects, and proficiency with PM tools like Confluence and Jira.

Qualifications

At least 10 years in Banking/Financial Industry with minimum 5 years in IT Project Management.
Experience managing credit card related projects.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira.
PMP or similar certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, report status, and oversee project execution.
Establish PM processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
Plan project blueprints: scope, resources, deadlines, communication, testing.
Lead project team daily; identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, escalate issues.
Create and manage the project budget and ensure adherence to it.
Oversee testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting across all stages.
Track milestones and adjust plans/resources to meet internal needs.
Coordinate communication with stakeholders on scope, budget, schedule and risk.
