Job summary

SOFTENGER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support IT projects, coordinate across vendors and internal teams, and maintain schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, governance records and repositories.

You will report to an IT Project Manager, handle documentation, prepare minutes and status reports, and ensure timelines are met while multitasking across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO administration, project administration, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting IT projects and coordinating across vendors, branches, or multiple internal stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Able to prepare clear meeting minutes, status reports, trackers, schedules, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or other document repositories and project tracking tools is an advantage.
