Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Project Coordinator to coordinate rollout of applications, schedule meetings, and track milestones in line with project timelines.

You will manage change requests, approvals, and risk/issues, maintain project documentation, and collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Min 4 years IT project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting end-to-end IT project implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout of multiple applications according to project timeline and implementation sequence.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off sessions and status updates.
• Track project progress against milestones, deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear tracking of change requests and project tickets throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage approvals and sign-offs across key project stages (e.g. UAT, production changes, go-live).
• Identify and mitigate blockers, risks, delays, and approvals issues to stakeholders.
• Support scope, schedule, budget, and change management activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, scope statements, risk registers, issue logs, change requests, minutes, post-implementation reviews).
• Coordinate closely with product teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and others to ensure smooth delivery.
