Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the IT Project Manager in day‑to‑day coordination and administration of project activities in Singapore.

You will focus on project controls, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining complete and current project documentation. You will also manage payment schedules for tracking purposes, support governance reviews, escalate risks, and ensure timely updates across vendors, branches, and internal teams while under the direction of

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project coordination or PMO administration.
• Experience supporting IT projects and coordinating across vendors, branches, or multiple internal stakeholders (preferred).
• Experience maintaining project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, governance records, and project repositories.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule project meetings, coordinate invitations, agendas, logistics, and materials.
• Prepare meeting minutes, capture decisions and actions, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare and consolidate regular project status reports and management updates using templates.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, repositories, filing structures, and version control.
• Maintain payment schedules and key milestones for tracking and reporting.
