Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to support a Linux Migration Project in Singapore. You will collaborate with Technology Delivery Managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate activities, track milestones, and prepare for testing and go-live.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or technical delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, technical workshops, and IDT/UAT preparation sessions.
• Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Work with Infrastructure, Application, Security, Operations, PMO teams, and vendors to support project alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, checklists, and sign-off records.
• Support migration readiness, audit and compliance documentation, and go-live preparation.
• Consolidate progress updates and reports for management and steering committee reviews.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or technical delivery
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items
• Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills;
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to application migration, infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, or operating system (OS) transitions;
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or other project management methodologies;
• Experience supporting UAT, IDT, or go-live readiness activities;
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
