Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and preparation sessions.
• Track milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work with Infrastructure, Application, Security, Operations, PMO teams, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (minutes, RAID logs, dashboards).
• Support migration readiness and go-live preparation.
• Consolidate progress updates for management reviews.
