Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to support end-to-end Linux migration execution.

You will assist the Technology Delivery Manager in coordinating project activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are delivered on time. Responsibilities include preparing artefacts, coordinating IDT/UAT sessions, and consolidating progress reports for management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT project coordination or PMO support experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in infra or app projects.
• Exposure to UAT/IDT coordination in enterprise migrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who will support the end‑to‑end execution of Linux Migration Project, assisting the Technology Delivery Manager in coordinating project activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role ensures timely delivery of milestones, smooth planning of migration activities, maintenance of project artefacts, and readiness for UAT and Go‑Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops, technical meetings, and IDT/UAT preparation sessions.
• Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents.
• Assist in coordinate with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Track action items and follow up with owners to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and sign‑off documents.
• Support audit and compliance documentation.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly progress reports for management and steering committees.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Experience supporting projects involving application migration, platform upgrades, or OS transitions is preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in infrastructure or application projects.
• Exposure to UAT/IDT coordination and large enterprise‑level migration projects is an advantage.
