Job summary

EPS Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Procurement Support specialist for a six-month contract (renewable) in Singapore, reporting to the IT Support Manager. You will primarily support the IT procurement function, covering capital and operational expenditure, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure procurement processes and controls are properly managed.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement activities for capital and operational expenditure.
• Review and validate procurement documentation including quotations, SOWs and other documents.
• Prepare and raise procurement requests such as CAPEX requests, POs and GRs.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal controls.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and assess compliance.
• Assist improvements and automation of procurement processes using digital tools, AI and RPA.
• Support procurement systems including Oracle P2P solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles.
