Job summary

ALPS Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end IT procurement, working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure each procurement project succeeds.

This fast-paced role involves vendor evaluation, risk assessment, contract negotiation and governance, balancing diverse stakeholder needs, and guiding users on eProcurement. The position is a new 1-year contract with work location near One North MRT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of procurement experiences, experience in IT Procurement will be an advantage.
• Experience in using eProcurement tools.
• Process knowledge of procurement governance.
• Proven analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ) process including evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation
• Ensure that procurement of products and services are always carried out in compliance with procurement policy
• Work with internal users/stakeholders to ensure that the products and services procured fulfil users' needs
• Monitor and manage compliance with contract/agreement and communicate to relevant parties including Legal Team, if required
• Guide users on the completion of the requisition on eProcurement
