Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Procurement Executive to support its growing procurement function in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing IT hardware, managing suppliers, and raising POs to ensure timely deliveries.

With 2+ years in procurement, you will negotiate favorable terms and maintain accurate procurement records, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Warehouse & Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills.
• It hardware knowledge is an advantage.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse & Operations on related tasks

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines
• 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within the IT sector
• Good understanding of IT hardware/products is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills

IT professionals with limited procurement experience but good IT product knowledge are welcome to apply.
