Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Procurement Executive in Singapore to support the growing procurement function. You will source and purchase IT hardware, equipment and services, manage suppliers and negotiations, and raise POs while tracking orders and deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines and at least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in IT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within the IT sector.
• Good understanding of IT hardware/products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase IT hardware, equipment and services.
• Manage suppliers, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Raise POs and track orders and deliveries.
• Resolve supplier and product-related issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse & Operations on related tasks.
• Maintain accurate procurement records.
