Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a procurement professional to identify and select IT hardware, equipment and related services, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery.

You will prepare purchase orders, negotiate terms and payment conditions, maintain procurement records, and coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations to fulfil requirements. Diploma or equivalent in Procurement or IT with at least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing preferably in IT industry.
• Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in an IT-related environment, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT products, services, systems are preferred.
