TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated Procurement Executive to identify and evaluate suppliers for IT hardware, equipment and related services, and to manage the end-to-end purchasing process.

You will obtain quotations, compare specs and terms, negotiate contracts and payment terms, issue purchase orders, ensure on-time delivery, maintain records, and coordinate with Finance, Warehouse and Operations to meet procurement needs.

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably IT.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for IT hardware, equipment and related products/services.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, specifications, quality and delivery terms.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for IT hardware, equipment and related products/services.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT hardware, equipment and services.
• Maintain procurement records and purchase documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, shortages or product discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations on procurement requirements.
