The role requires 5+ years in procurement with IT systems experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

• 5+ years of procurement experience, IT procurement preferred.
• 4–5 years hands-on IT systems development/maintenance experience.
• Strong SAP expertise including Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Order workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and multi-project management skills.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to oversee and optimize our end-to-end purchasing lifecycle. In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationships using SAP. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement: Direct sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiations, and ongoing vendor performance management.
• SAP Management: Utilize SAP to issue purchase orders, manage contracts, and streamline operational workflows.
• Vendor Negotiation & Strategy: Drive negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms and maximum cost savings.
• Supplier Governance: Track performance metrics, resolve delivery or service issues, and nurture strategic supplier partnerships.
• Stakeholder Support & Compliance: Advise cross-functional teams on procurement policies, best practices, and market trends.
• Data Insights: Analyze purchasing trends to identify efficiency gains and strategic cost-reduction opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Experience:
• 5+ years in procurement. (IT procurement, healthcare experience, or procurement policy design is a strong plus).
• 4–5 years hands-on experience with IT systems development, implementation, or maintenance.
• System Expertise: Strong proficiency in SAP (Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Order workflows).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Core Competencies: Proven negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal communication, and multi-project management.
