Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage supplier quotations, compare prices and service levels, and issue purchase orders for IT hardware. You will build rapport with vendors and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining competitive terms.

This full‑time role offers a 5‑day work week in Bugis/Suntec, a monthly salary of SGD 3,500 with a variable bonus of up to 3.5 months per year, and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing in IT sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• RFQ and price/service level comparisons to qualify suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiation of contract prices and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for all IT hardware products.
• Ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain rapports with suppliers and vendors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
