Job summary

JK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking an IT support specialist to maintain IT peripherals, perform installations and migrations, and provide onsite and remote support to clients. The role requires handling hardware and software issues, user account administration, and coordinating with maintenance vendors to resolve problems.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of IT experience, basic networking and OS support skills, and strong customer service and communication abilities.

Qualifications

ITE or Diploma in IT or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in IT.
End user support experience preferred.
Basic networking and OS platform support.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of IT peripherals, including backup & recovery.
Set-up, installation, re-installation, or migration of IT peripherals.
Relocation of IT peripherals within premises.
Provide onsite support at the client's premises, remote support by phone & email, and standby support.
Troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
User profile administration.
Interface with other maintenance vendors for problem reporting; place a service call and follow up until resolved.
Installation and configuration of software according to the customer's standard.
