Job summary

ALPSOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a capable desktop support professional to deliver on-site and remote assistance, installations, and repairs according to customer requirements and company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering or CS/IT, with at least 1 year of hands-on technical service experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, software applications and network environments. On-site visits and ongoing equipment maintenance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical service role.
• Technical skills in Microsoft Windows, desktop hardware, desktop software applications and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support at customer sites, including installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of solutions per manufacturer specs.
• Conduct installations from site inspections through to final sign-off and acceptance.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and ensure updates/patches are applied on-site or via remote diagnostics.
