ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an administrative role to manage vendor security clearances, onboarding/offboarding, and asset tracking for project laptops. You will coordinate compliance signings, support audit-ready documentation, and liaise with third-party vendors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and basic data analytics to support IT operations and project governance.

Formación

• Proficient in MS Office and able to perform basic reporting and data analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders outside the project team.
• Organized, detail-oriented with good follow-through on administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage vendor security clearances and compliance processes.
• Coordinate annual AUP/OSA signing and renewals for vendors.
• Support vendor onboarding and exit clearance procedures.
• Manage issuance, collection, and tracking of project laptops.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve laptop/hardware issues.
• Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of project accounts and access.
• Project & operations support.
• Perform minute-taking and documentation for project meetings.
• Monitor routine O&S activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
