Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering or any relevant field.
Experience in IT audit is advantageous.
Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is advantageous.
Experience in AWS Cloud is advantageous.

Responsibilities

To ensure smooth operation of existing systems under the OneNS project and successful implementation of upgraded software and hardware components.
To liaise and work with Authority appointed teams, contractors, service providers, third parties and Authority appointed personnel in the course of delivering the project activities.
To monitor and ensure system adherence to applicable standards, policies and directives.
To perform IT system compliance activities such as Log Reviews, Account and Access Rights Review and Compliance reports reviews.
To support and work with the Authority in managing Clients system audits.
To manage and maintain all development, configuration and documentation in accordance to the Authority’s quality standards.
To manage Vulnerability Assessment (VA) activities, and work with the Authority appointed Contractor to rectify all issues identified.
To provide project status reporting on a regular basis.
To manage remediation for obsolete system components.
To manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete system components.
To assist the Clients Team for any experiments, researching, testing and evaluation.
