Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated IT Operations professional to join our team in Singapore. You will manage ICT service requests, incidents, and day-to-day operations while ensuring delivery within agreed service levels.

The role focuses on administering Microsoft 365 environments, onboarding/offboarding users, and collaborating with vendors to maintain secure, compliant workplace technology services. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Administration, Service Management, or Infrastructure Support.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and workplace technologies.
Familiarity with IT service management processes, user administration, and service request management.
Experience working with vendors and managed service providers.
Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities within agreed service levels.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
Support user onboarding, offboarding, access management, and workplace technology services.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Maintain ICT asset inventories, software licences, operational records, and audit documentation.
Support ICT governance, cybersecurity, compliance reviews, and operational reporting.
Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities.
