Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable IT Operations professional in Singapore to manage ICT service requests and incidents within SLAs, administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and support onboarding and access management.

You will coordinate with vendors/MSPs and maintain asset records and audit trails. The role requires around 4 years of IT operations experience, familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and a Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Administration or Workplace Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM, incident and service request management.
• Experience in user onboarding/offboarding and access administration.
• Experience in endpoint provisioning and asset management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors/MSPs.
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Familiarity with government ICT support environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT service requests, incidents and operational support within SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and workplace technologies.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account and access management.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, software installation and ICT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs for service fulfilment.
• Monitor vendor performance, service reports and outstanding requests.
• Support ICT governance, audit, cybersecurity and compliance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, records and audit trails.
