Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Operations Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, user support, and service requests. You will administer workplace technologies and ensure SLA-driven delivery in a central location.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT operations with strong Microsoft 365 experience. The position offers a contract arrangement, with responsibility for onboarding/offboarding, access management, and asset tracking.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT/CS/IS or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or end-user support.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
Familiar with IT service management and service requests processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in government or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and track IT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune.
Handle user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning and access management.
Coordinate endpoint setup, software installation and workplace IT support.
Work with vendors and service providers to ensure requests are completed within SLA.
Maintain ICT asset, licence and operational records.
Support IT governance, audits, access reviews and compliance activities.
Assist with incident management, reporting and general ICT operations.
