Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations & Administration Engineer to support day-to-day ICT operations, workplace technologies, service requests, and vendor coordination within a structured enterprise environment.

The role is based in Jurong East, Singapore, and is a full-time contract role with potential renewal or conversion. You will manage service requests and incidents, administer Microsoft 365, onboard/offboard users, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to governance,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT operations or administration experience.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage ICT service requests, incidents and operational support activities.
Coordinate with vendors on ICT requests, issues and service delivery.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
Support user onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access management, licences and security groups.
Coordinate endpoint provisioning, software installation, device replacement and workplace tech support.
Monitor service backlog and escalate delays or issues as needed.
Assist ICT governance, cybersecurity, audit, risk management and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate operational documentation, audit trails, asset inventories and software licence records.
Assist with incident management, problem management, reporting and service reviews.
