Job summary

Rainbow Centre seeks an IT Operations & Service Delivery professional to support day-to-day IT services on campus. You will work with the IT Manager to ensure service levels, security and asset utilization across devices, networks and AV systems.

Your duties include maintaining End User devices, managing licences, supporting users, and coordinating with vendors to keep the campus technology up-to-date and productive.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of IT sector experience.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, network, telephony and AV systems.
• Computer Network Administration for Wired and Wireless networks & troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager to manage IT service delivery goals including continuous improvement, implementing policies and end user satisfaction.
• Provide end user IT Support (Service Desk) to ensure service standards for print services, infrastructure services (network and telephony), user access to IT services and maintenance of laptops/desktops.
• Update and maintain End User devices / IT Infrastructure / AV equipment on RC campus and report status to IT Manager.
• Manage campus CCTV storage securely and enable retrieval for management review.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and infrastructure for campus usage.
• Plan, purchase and deploy IT and AV equipment to achieve productivity goals.
• Manage software licenses and hardware requisitions, deployments, tech refresh and disposal.
• Administer end user devices through MDM and MAM software and enforce device policies.
• Perform technical and application support for service users where necessary.
• Schedule upgrades and security backups to minimize downtime.
