Job summary

Rainbow Centre is seeking an Executive, Information Technology Operations to manage IT operations and service delivery across campus. You will support end users, maintain devices, and oversee IT infrastructure including network, telephony and AV equipment.

The role involves planning purchases, managing licenses, CCTV storage, and coordinating with IT vendors to ensure staff productivity and security.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of IT experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, networks and AV systems.
• Experience with wired and wireless networks troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager to meet service delivery goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide end user IT support (Service Desk) ensuring service standards for IT services.
• Maintain End User devices and IT infrastructure including network, telephony and AV equipment.
• Manage CCTV storage and ensure data security and retrievability.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and infrastructure and report status.
• Plan procurement and deployment of IT/AV equipment; support project rollouts.
• Manage software licenses and hardware requisitions, deployment, refresh and disposal.
• Maintain devices via MDM/MAM and enforce device policies.
• Perform technical and application support for service users as needed.
• Schedule upgrades and backups to minimize downtime.
