Job summary

Raffles Medical Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations to deliver day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure services. You will provide technical leadership and oversee infrastructure across servers, cloud platforms, networks, storage and related services.

You will coordinate with application teams, cybersecurity, DevOps and external vendors, maintain documentation, drive improvements, and ensure availability, security and alignment with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure operations and support.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, identity, M365, backup/DR, monitoring, and security controls.
• Azure experience and compliance-driven environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of infrastructure services.
• Ensure availability, performance, backups and recovery within SLAs.
• Lead incident and major incident resolution.
• Manage incident, problem and change processes per ITIL.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical docs.
• Coordinate with application, cybersecurity and DevOps teams on changes.
• Manage vendor performance and SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term improvements.
• Support automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
• Coordinate migrations, upgrades and capacity planning.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers.
• Coordinate team workloads and on-call arrangements.
• Support disaster recovery drills and audits.
