Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Operations Support Specialist to monitor daily batch jobs, analyze logs, and collaborate with BSAs and developers. You will document root causes, verify post-patching stability, and support SQL pipelines and scheduled tasks as required.

Applicants should be proficient with Unix/Linux, Quartz scheduler, and Jira, and contribute to monthly reporting and operational SOPs as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring batch jobs and analysing system logs to identify failures.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands for operational checks.
• Ability to coordinate with BSAs and Project Managers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily health checks of batch jobs and system processes.
• Analyze logs and coordinate with BSAs to address failures.
• Document root causes and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Verify post-patching system stability and job execution.
• Support SQL pipelines and ad-hoc jobs as directed.
