Job summary

PRESBYTERIAN COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES LTD. is seeking an IT professional to maintain operations and user support across our organisation in Singapore. You will manage user accounts, devices and security, while coordinating with external vendors to keep systems up-to-date and secure.

You will also contribute to cybersecurity awareness, governance, and IT projects for new facilities and expansions, ensuring reliable service delivery and strong problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant IT support or operations experience
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations and user support across the organisation
• Administer user accounts, email systems, and access controls
• Support procurement, setup, and maintenance of end-user devices and software
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues in coordination with vendors
• System & Infrastructure Support; assist in maintenance, updates and upgrades
• Monitor system and security logs; escalate incidents where required
• Vendor Coordination: coordinate outsourced IT vendors (EUC, network, CCTV, etc.)
• Track service delivery and follow up on issue resolution
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: support cybersecurity awareness initiatives
• Assist in enforcing data protection and IT governance policies
• Projects & Facilities Setup: support IT setup for new facilities and operational expansions

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field

• Hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Good to have

• Exposure to network systems (e.g. Ubiquiti, Fortinet)
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
