Porsche Singapore seeks an IT Operations Specialist to provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace technology, ensuring timely incident resolution and service delivery. You will manage Microsoft 365, user access, endpoints, and asset/licence management while coordinating onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning.

You will contribute to IT governance, documentation, and process improvements, driving a secure, efficient digital workspace and user adoption

Qualificações

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure and project management.
• High proficiency in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, infrastructure management and digital transformation initiatives and good IT governance, risk management and business continuity principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English.
• Independent, accountable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT operations and end-user support through first and second-level support for hardware, software, business applications, and workplace technology, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Manage workplace technology and user administration, including Microsoft 365, user access, endpoint devices, system configurations, and compliance activities.
• Oversee IT asset and licence management, including the maintenance of IT assets, licences, inventories, procurement activities, and equipment lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate employee IT lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities, as well as account provisioning, access management, and asset recovery.
• Support IT governance and drive continuous improvement through the maintenance of IT policies, procedures, documentation, governance registers, operational reporting, and process optimisation initiatives.
• Enhance digital workplace effectiveness and operational efficiency by leveraging technology, automation and AI solutions, and supporting user adoption through training, awareness programmes, and IT communications.
