Job summary

HCL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to ensure the stability and availability of production and non-production systems in a regulated financial services environment. You will support incident management, monitoring, patching, access administration, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include monitoring critical applications, managing incidents, executing changes, and maintaining runbooks and compliance evidence.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of IT Operations, Systems Operations or Production Support.
Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support business-critical applications and infrastructure.
Respond to and manage production incidents, troubleshooting and coordinating recovery activities.
Execute operational changes, releases, and patching following change management processes.
Manage user and service account access, provisioning, and reviews.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence.
Support compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements, including MAS TRM guidelines.
Work with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
