Job summary

HCLTech in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to oversee day‑to‑day production systems, including inhouse and third‑party apps, and ensure compliance with ITIL controls.

You will review RCAs, drive long‑term remediation with engineering and vendors, manage change and patch processes, coordinate deployments, and maintain audit‑ready records for MAS TRM and related standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Operations role.
• Hands-on experience supporting production systems in regulated or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL / operational control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day production operations across Dash systems, including inhouse and third‑party applications.
• Review and validate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Track recurring operational issues and drive long‑term remediation with engineering and vendor teams.
• Own and enforce the change management process for production systems.
• Coordinate deployment activities across DevOps, application teams, and vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive change records aligned to MAS TRM audit expectations.
• Own end‑to‑end patch management governance for operating systems and middleware and ensure patch schedules aligned with compliance timelines and business risk.
• Ensure patching evidence, logs, and reports are audit‑ready at all times.
• Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding, least‑privilege enforcement and proper segregation of duties.
• Coordinate and support periodic access reviews with compliance and risk teams.
• Support audit walkthroughs, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Proactively identify operational non‑compliance risks and escalation to the Technology and Operations Directors.
• Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation, including runbooks for disaster recovery.
• Participate in BCP and DR exercises, validating operational readiness and documentation.
