Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Proven experience in operations engineering or production support roles.
• Experience implementing incident, problem, and change management processes using ITSM platforms.
• Strong understanding of security controls and access governance.
• Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring solutions and cloud-native services.
• Automation experience with infrastructure scripting tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices and security standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Develop data-driven improvement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business users to support cloud-based environments for AI and analytics use cases.
• Manage incidents; coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure SLAs are met and escalate where required.
• Maintain operational procedures, configurations, and audit-ready guides.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and 24x7 coverage with external vendors.
• Promote automation, monitoring, and security controls across systems.
