Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Assistant to support onboarding, employee services, claims administration and HR operations at our Hillview location in Singapore.

This contract role offers exposure to essential HR processes and daily administration in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes onboarding/offboarding, updating staff records, leave/claims management and welfare activities, with a salary range of SGD 2,500–3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related discipline, or A-level with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Process applications for claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Update employees' personal particulars.
• Manage employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion processes and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
